The City of Dover, capital of Delaware State, is located 96 miles east of Washington DC across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The City is served by four international airports and conference travelers can use any of the airports. However, the distance from each of the four airports to the city varies. The airports include:

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI): BWI is located approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Dover, DE. CANCRAM conferee using this airport will rent a car at the airport.
Direction to Dover: Exit the airport and take I-97 South to 50 East/301 South. Continue on 301 South when 50 East splits with 301 South. Go through several blinking yellow lights and make right on Rt. 302. Follow direction to Dover, DE. The direction will take you to Rt. 13 (DuPont Highway, Dover). Make left on 13 (13N) or DuPont Highway and Delaware State University (1200 N. DuPont Highway, Dover) will be about one mile on your left.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): PHL is located approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from Dover, DE. CANCRAM conferee using this airport will rent a car at the airport.
Direction to Dover: Exit the airport and take I-95 South to exit 4A. Stay to the right onto Rt. 1. Stay on Rt. 1 to exit 104. Exit 104 will take you to Rt. 13 (DuPont Highway). Take left at the stop light onto DuPont Highway and Delaware State University (1200 N. DuPont Highway, Dover) will be about one mile on your right.

Washington Dulles International (IAD): IAD is the furthermost airport, about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Dover, DE. CANCRAM conferee using this airport will rent a car at the airport.
Direction to Dover: Exit the airport and stay on I-66 East to I-495 (beltway around Washington, DC). Take either the right or left loop on I-495 to Rt. 50 East (Exit 19). Take 50 East/301 South. Continue on 301 South when 50 East splits with 301 South. Go through several blinking yellow lights and make right on Rt. 302. Follow direction to Dover, DE. The direction will take you to Rt. 13 (DuPont Highway, Dover). Make left on 13 (13N) or DuPont Highway and Delaware State University (1200 N. DuPont Highway, Dover) will be about one mile on your left.

Washington National or Reagan International Airport (DCA): DCA is approximately 2 hours from Dover, DE but you must know Washington, DC well to use the airport.

Direction to Dover: Exit the airport and take Constitution Avenue to 7th Street or 6th Street. Make left on either street to New York Avenue. Make right on New York Avenue and stay on it. New York Avenue will become Rt. 50 East to Annapolis. Stay on 50 East/301 South until the two roads split. Continue on 301 South when 50 East splits with 301 South. Go through several blinking yellow lights and make right on Rt. 302. Follow direction to Dover, DE. The direction will take you to Rt. 13 (DuPont Highway, Dover). Make left on 13 (13N) or DuPont Highway and Delaware State University (1200 N. DuPont Highway, Dover) will be about one mile on your left.
