Living Marine Resources Cooperative Science Center |
|
|
The
mission of the Living Marine Resources Cooperative Science Center (LMRCSC)
is to promote and improve opportunities for education, research and
advancement for under-represented students who aspire to
pursue a career in the area of marine science. It is a collaborative
effort between the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
and its partner institutions: the University of Maryland Eastern Shore,
Delaware State University, Hampton University, Savannah State
University, the University of Maryland Center for Marine Biotechnology
and the University of Miami.
Dr.
Ozbay is working in cooperation with these organizations to enhance
opportunities for Delaware State University students through her
coursework, research projects, scholarships, internships and fellowships.
